A delicate Vanilla and blueberry cake, complemented by the rich, nutty depth of almond praline. DARK CHOC, SALTED CARAMEL & SHORTBREAD

Dark chocolate cake w/ salted caramel sauce and dark chocolate ganache

A luxurious choice for couples who adore rich, layered flavours. This decadent chocolate cake is paired with ribbons of house-made salted caramel and smooth dark chocolate ganache- each bite striking the perfect balance of sweet and salty. With deep cocoa notes and a warm, caramelised richness, it’s an unforgettable flavour that adds a touch of indulgence to your celebration.

RED VELVET

Red Velvet is a charming and romantic classic - soft, airy sponge layers paired with smooth vanilla-bean buttercream and a delicate layer of strawberry crunch. The combination of creamy richness, subtle tartness, and a hint of fruity freshness creates a beautifully balanced flavour with just the right touch of texture. Elegant and indulgent, it’s a timeless choice to celebrate love.

FINAL FINISHES

For my cake finishes, I only use the finest quality chocolate in my ganache, ensuring rich flavour and the smoothest texture. A generous coating of chocolate ganache seals the cake completely, locking in its freshness and moisture while forming a beautiful, crisp shell that provides stability, even in warmer climates.

I also use premium fondant, a smooth icing that is rolled thin to about 3-5mm and carefully applied over the ganache-coated cake. This provides a flawless, polished finish, creating the perfect canvas for further decoration and achieving a professional look every time.

Although I’m happy to offer cakes that are gluten-free by request, please note that my kitchen handles ingredients such as gluten, nuts, dairy, and eggs. As such, I’m unable to guarantee that any cake is completely free from traces of these allergens. My kitchen is not an allergy-certified facility, and I’m unable to accommodate severe allergies due to the risk of cross-contamination.

A soft white mocha cake made with creamy white chocolate and a whisper of espresso, layered with silky espresso buttercream and generous swirls of whisky salted caramel. Finished with a scattering of walnut praline for gentle crunch and toasted depth. This flavour offers richness without heaviness, a smooth, grown-up combination that feels both luxurious and grounded.

Prosecco infused sponge w/ prosecco buttercream,  Amaretti crumble, Apricot Amaretto jam and white chocolate ganache

A light prosecco-infused sponge drizzled with prosecco syrup, layered with silky prosecco buttercream, delicate amaretti crumble, and vibrant apricot and amaretto jam. The sweet-tart fruit, subtle almond liqueur, and sparkling wine come together for a flavour that feels refined and uplifting in any season.
